Berhampur: Four persons were injured following a group clash during the filing of nomination papers for the upcoming panchayat elections in Odisha.
Such an incident has occurred at Mundamarai village in Dharakote block of Ganjam district.
Reportedly, a group of persons had planned to file the nomination papers when they were attacked by another group.
As many as four persons from both groups were injured. All the injured were later admitted to Aska Sub-Divisional Hospital (SDH).
On getting information, Dharakote Police reached the spot and initiated a probe into the matter.
