Bhubaneswar: A cold wave spell was experienced in most parts of the State where at least 10 stations reported minimum (night) temperature below 10 degrees Celsius.
As per the data shared by Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Bhubaneswar, Phulbani was the coldest on Saturday night with minimum temperature at 6.2 degrees followed by Keonjhar which reported 6.4 degrees.
Similarly, Jharsuguda (7.6), Daringbadi (7.0), Jharsuguda (7.6), Sonepur (7.9), Boudh (8.5), Bhawanipatna (9.0), Koraput (9.0), and Hirakud (9.6) reported below 10 degrees night temperature on Saturday.
The minimum temperature at Bhubaneswar was 11.2 degrees Celsius while Cuttack reported 11.6 degrees last night. Below is the detailed report, as shared by the IMD:
