Bhubaneswar: Seventeen more persons suffering from Covid-19 in Odisha have succumbed to the disease, confirmed the Health & Family Welfare Department on Tuesday.
Details of cases confirmed as death due to Covid-19 after due completion of the death audit process are as under.
1. A 73 years old Male of Angul District.
2. A 26 years old Female of Balasore District.
3. A 67 years old Female of Bhadrak District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension.
4. A 75 years old Male of Cuttack District who was also suffering from Hypertension & Cerebro Vascular Accident.
5. A 85 years old Male of Cuttack District who was also suffering from Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease.
6. A 48 years old Male of Cuttack District who was also suffering from Hypertension & Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease.
7. A 81 years old Male of Cuttack District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus & Hypertension.
8. A 3 Months years old Male of Ganjam District who was also suffering from Acyanotc Congenital Heart Disease.
9. A 78 years old Male of Jagatsinghpur District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Asthma, Hypertension.
10. A 18 years old Male of Jajpur District who was also suffering from HIV +ve, Encephalitis.
11. A 26 years old Female of Kendrapara District.
12. A 57 years old Male of Khordha District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension & Chronic Kidney Disease.
13. A 55 years old Male of Khordha District who was also suffering from Cerebro Vascular Accident & Hypertension.
14. A 3 Months years old Female of Malkangiri District.
15. A 55 years old Male of Puri District who was also suffering from Cerebro Vascular Accident, Hypertension.
16. A 58 years old Female of Puri District who was also suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Disease, Dilated Cardiomyopathy.
17. A 40 years old Male of Rayagada District who was also suffering from Severe Anemia, Diabetes Mellitus.
The department further stated that this list does not reflect deaths occurring on a particular day. It gives details of past deaths for which the death audit process has been duly completed and the cause of death has been identified as due to Covid-19.
