Bhubaneswar: Heatwave is likely in some districts of Odisha from March 16, informed the Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre on Monday.
Temperature is likely to rise by 3 to 4 degrees in the coming days under the influence of the likely flow of strong winds from west-northwest.
In the last 24 hours, temperature above 36 degree Celsius was recorded at 10 places with the highest temperature of 38 degree Celsius recorded in Titlagarh.
