Bhubaneswar: The Health and Family Welfare Department on Monday confirmed four fatal cases across the State as COVID deaths. Three of these cases were reported from Sundergarh while one was from Kandhamal district.
According to the information shared by the Health Department, a 64-year-old woman from Kandhamal, who was suffering from chronic kidney disease died due to COVID-19.
Similarly, a 14-year-old girl succumbed to coronavirus infection in Sundergarh district. Two other cases from Sundergarh are of a 80-year-old man and 28-year-old man. Both of them had comorbodities.
The COVID toll of Odisha now stands at 9,115.
