Cuttack: The Orissa High Court has directed Dr Sumit and Tapaswini, the warring couple from Berhampur, to submit video footage of a rented house at Aska.
According to Tapaswini’s lawyer, she had filed a petition saying that the rented home is not appropriate for living and the High Court has asked both parties to submit video showing that house.
On the other hand, the Court has asked Sumit to submit an affidavit on whether he has been provided with a Government quarter, said Tapaswini’s lawyer, Manas Chand. The next date for the hearing has been set to April 30.
