Bhubaneswar: Two persons have been detained in connection with the murder of a homeless man in front of Odisha Assembly.
The man, his wife, and minor child were sleeping on the footpath near the PMG office when they were attacked late Sunday night.
The incident came to light on Monday morning. The woman and her child were admitted to Capital Hospital. Later, the child was handed over to ChildLine.
