Bhubaneswar: In a shocking incident, a man was tied up and beaten mercilessly by at least four to five youths, amid commotion in the area.
According to reports, the incident took place in Dhirikuti slum under Mancheswar police limits. The youths in action, were hurling abuses and thrashing the man with bamboo poles and iron rods.
What led to the inhuman act is unclear from the video. Sources said, Mancheswar police have registered a case in this connection and initiated a probe.
