Berhampur: Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to encourage people to bring the Tiranga home to mark the completion of the 75th year of India’s independence, Berhampur-based sand artist Satyanarayan Maharana has claimed to have made the world’s tiniest Tricolour having a breadth of less than one millimetre on a piece of chalk.
Maharana has broken his earlier record of creating the tiniest Tricolour having a breadth of 3 mm.
He has also created miniatures of 75 heritage sites on pieces of chalk.
These miniatures have found their place in Asia Book of Records and India Book of Records.
