Paradeep: The Paradeep Model police have arrested two persons involved in allegedly raping a woman here on August 27. According to the complainant, a 28-year-old woman, one Jatin Mallick (29) of Nuabazar area along with three of his accomplices raped her near Nehru Bunglow area here on Saturday.
Basing on the complaint, police arrested Mallick and his associate Badal Mallick and seized a vehicle from their possession. The accused have been produced in court and remanded in judicial custody. Efforts are on to nab two others named in the FIR, the police said.
