Cuttack: The Additional District Judge (ADJ) Court here today upheld the order of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court directing Ollywood actress Varsha Priyadarshini to vacate her actor turned politician husband Anubhav Mohanty’s parental home at Nandi Sahi here.
Earlier on June 2 in the ongoing marital discord between Anubhav and Varsha, the SDJM court had directed the latter to vacate the Nandi Sahi parental home of the former.
Varsha had challenged the SDJM Court’s order in the ADJ Court. The ADJ Court had ordered an interim stay on the SDJM Court’s order.
The ADJ Court today after upholding the SDJM Court dismissed Varsha’s petition. Following the development, Varsha through a memo informed the ADJ Court that she would vacate her husband’s house within 30 days.
