Cuttack: A family court here today levied a penalty of Rs 5,000 each on Ollywood actor turned politician Kendrapara MP Anubhav Mohanty and his estranged wife Varsha Priyadarshini.
The court slapped fines on the couple for delaying court proceedings in the marital discord case.
The court, however, admitted petitions filed by both which included a petition by Varsha for witness hearing and for correction of the marriage venue mentioned in the petition by Anubhav.
