Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate of Police has issued guidelines for bursting firecrackers in the Capital City on Diwali. As per the guidelines, the citizens are allowed to light firecrackers between 8 pm and 10 pm, strictly.
Besides, the noise level of the firecrackers burst must be less than 125 decibels, DCP Prateek Singh said. Strict action will be initiated against people involved in illgal crackers sale and those bursting firecrackers at restricted places, he added.
