Puri: Police have busted a sex racket operating from a house in Paika Sahi under Baseli Sahi police limits in Puri town.
Police have arrested six youths including a 23-year-old woman in this connection. The accused persons have been forwarded to court.
The police have claimed to have seized a car, four motorcycles, five mobile phones, Rs 5,000 in cash, some used and unused condoms, wrappers of condoms, and 18 nos. of Manforce-100 tablets.
According to a press note issued by Puri Police, acting on a tip-off regarding immoral trafficking activity at Paika Sahi, a team of the Baseli Sahi police station conducted a raid on Wednesday night.
During the raid, six accused persons including a female were arrested for their indulgence in immoral trafficking activity.
The accused persons include two pimps. The arrested female is a pimp.
