Cuttack: The Commissionerate of Police have arrested a youth leader on charges of assaulting one Nirmal Kumar Swain of Pratap Nagari area on Saturday. The accused, Amarendra Pratap Swain (Vicky) has been arrested on the basis of a complaint registered by Nirmal Swain, ACP Chandan Ghadei said.
According to reports, Vicky was involved in a road rage incident followed by a scuffle with Swain. He allegedly forced the victim to kneel down by the side of the main road in Pratap Nagari. At least 10 youths were in three cars came and stopped at the spot, and were a witness to the incident, reports stated.
