Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister and president of the Biju Janata Dal, Naveen Patnaik launched virtual campaigning at 13 places in Dhamnagar, which is set for the bye-electoins. Naveen campaigned for Abanti Das, the party candidate for Dhamnagar Assembly constituency.
Seeking votes, the CM said, “Dhamnagar development is my responsibility. We are only 18 months away from the general elections. We can complete five years’ task in the said time period. I myself will look after development of Dhamnagar.”
“Dhamnagar is a land of peace, harmony and brotherhood. This is the biggest identity of Dhamnagar. We are all working to protect this identity. Biju Janata Dal is always with you all in good and tough times,” he added.
The Chief Minister launched digital campaign for 13 places which include Medical Square under Notified Area Council and 12 places of three blocks. The by-election is scheduled to be held on November 3.
