Bhubaneswar: Children are the future of our society. They represent our collective hopes and aspirations. Smiling children paint our society in multitude of colours and depict its vitality. All our endeavour should be directed at one goal- bring smiles on the face of every child, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik said today.

The OSPCR is working sincerely to enforce laws aimed at protecting the rights of children. It has been making consistent efforts to create awareness in society, he added.
