Rourkela: Police on Tuesday busted a sex racket operating in Chhend Colony area of Rourkela city. While the police have rescued three young women they have detained the kingpin of the racket, a woman, and a client in this connection. 
Acting on a tip-off Chhend police conducted a surprise raid on the first floor of a building in Chhend Colony area leading to the busting of the sex racket, reports said.
Further investigation by the police is underway.
