Balasore: The Court of District and Sessions Judge, Balasore today sentenced 12 persons to undergo life term imprisonment in the much-talked-about 2017 murder inside a barber shop in old Balasore.
In addition to sentencing them to imprisonment for life, the court has slapped a fine of Rs 50,000 on them.
However, another accused in the case Abhijit Singh was acquitted by the court for lack of evidence against him.
One Jayant Das of Gabagaon was brutally murdered inside a barber shop in the Old Balasore locality in 2017 over the previous enmity.
