Bhubaneswar: Prof. Bibhuti Bhushan Biswal has been appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of the Odisha University of Technology and Research by the Odisha Governor and Chancellor of Universities, Prof. Ganeshi Lal on Friday.
Prof. Biswal’s appointment has been made for a period of four years with effect from the date he assumes office as such or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
Prof. Biswal has more than 150 publications at various national and international levels including a monogram on Management Information Systems for ISTE, New Delhi, and 7 Book Chapters. He has patents to his credit. He has more than 36 years of teaching experience.
Currently, Prof. Biswal is serving as the Director of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Meghalaya.
