Bhubaneswar: Cold wave has begun to fade as several cities of the States experienced a rise in mercury levels on Friday. According to the Indian Meteorological Department’s Bhubaneswar (IMD) centre, as many as 11 towns in Odisha experienced 33 degrees or more maximum temperature today.
As per the IMD data, the following towns/cities recorded higher-than-normal temperatures today:
Boudh – 35°C
Talcher – 34.4°C
Bhubaneswar – 34°C
Gopalpur – 33.8°C
Jharsuguda – 33.6°C
Titlagarh – 33.5°C
Sundergarh – 33.3°C
Angul – 33.1
Malkangiri – 33°C
Nabarangpur – 33°C
Puri – 33°C
