Bhubaneswar: The Budget Session of the Odisha Assembly will commence on February 21 and continue in two phases till April 6.
A notification issued on Thursday read that while the Assembly session will commence on February 21 with Governor Prof Ganeshi Lal’s address, while Finance Minister Niranjan Pujari will present the annual Budget on February 24.
General discussion on the Budget will commence on February 27.
The first phase of the 12th session of the 16th Assembly will be held from February 21 to March 2, while the second phase is scheduled to be conducted between March 10 and April 6.
