Jharsuguda: The dead body of one Ashok Pradhan, who was working in LN College here, was found hanging from a tree in the Lecturer Colony behind the Jharsuguda Collector’s Office on Monday.
It is believed that the incident occurred last night. So far, police are yet to ascertain whether it is a murder or suicide.
A scientific team and local police reached the spot and started the investigation. According to reports, Ashok left his house at 11.00 am on Sunday but did not return home. His wife first spotted Ashok’s body hanging from a tree this morning and informed neighbours and the police.
