Bhubaneswar: All arrangements have been made for the smooth conduct of the Summative Assessment-II of the Class X board (Matric) exam which is scheduled to begin on March 10, informed School & Mass Education Minister Samir Ranjan Dash.
The Minister said that question papers for the exam have been despatched to the question hubs.
He said that most of the schools have installed CCTV cameras. He also said that special squads have been formed by the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha for surprise checking to prevent malpractice.
People have been specially appointed for carrying question papers from the question hubs to the examination centres, he added.
The Minister further informed that the School & Mass Education Department has contacted the district administrations for extending necessary help for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Keeping in view the rise in the summer heat, precautionary arrangements have been made accordingly, he added.
