Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed deep grief over the death of three students in a car accident at the Saradhapali Government Upper Primary School under Sonepur Sadar block in Subarnapur district today.
While extending his deep sympathies to the bereaved families, Patnaik announced an ex-gratia of Rs 3 lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased students.
In addition to ordering for proper medical treatment of the injured students, the Chief Minister has announced assistance of Rs 50,000 while wishing them a speedy recovery.
