Bhubaneswar: Odisha is reeling under a heatwave-like condition with at least 9 stations recording maximum temperatures of 40 degrees or more on Tuesday.
According to the data shared by the IMD, the Baripada was the hottest at 41.6 degrees followed by Jharsuguda at 41.2 degrees Celsius today afternoon.
Similarly, while Bhubaneswar crossed the 40 degrees mark reaching 40.7 degrees today afternoon, Cuttack recorded a maximum temperature of 40 degrees.
