Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded 165 fresh active Covid-19 cases during the last 24 hours taking the tally to 1670. At the same time, 103 persons recovered from their infection during the same period.
The number of active cases witnessed a slight dip since the previous 24 hours.
Meanwhile, India reported 9,111 new Covid-19 cases and 6,313 recoveries in the last 24 hours with active cases now standing at 60,313, according to the daily health bulletin released by the Union Health Ministry on Monday.
Active cases are 0.13 per cent of the total cases reported in the country. Today’s reported cases are fewer than Sunday when it reported 10,093 Covid-19 cases. On Monday active cases also increased from 57,542 to 69,313.
