Cuttack: The body of a Revenue Inspector (RI) was found hanging inside the Nichintakoili Tahasil office in Cuttack district today.
The deceased RI identified as Sanjay Das was found hanging from the ceiling fan on the first floor of the Tahasil office building.
The reason behind Das taking the extreme step is not known.
While Nischintakoili police have launched an investigation into the matter, the deceased’s daughter has said that her father was under mental pressure over his transfer.
