Jajpur Rd Stn Tragedy: CM Announces Rs 5 Lakh Ex-Gratia For Families Of Deceased

Bhubaneswar: Expressing deep grief over the death of six workers who were run over by a reserve goods rake at the Jajpur-Keonjhar Road Railway Station today afternoon, Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announced an ex-gratia of Rs 5 lakh each for the next of kin of the deceased persons from the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund (CMRF).

The Chief Minister has extended his deep sympathies to the bereaved families.

While ordering for providing appropriate medical treatment for the two persons injured in the accident, the Chief Minister wished them a speedy recovery.
