Bhubaneswar: During the next 24 hours, seven districts of Odisha are very likely to witness heavy rainfall. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a yellow warning for these districts which are: Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, and Keonjhar.
Similarly, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Angul, Dhenkanal, Bargarh, and Deogarh districts are likely to see heavy rainfall on July 10 and 11, the IMD stated.
“Light to moderate rain or thundershower very likely to occur at many places over the districts of North Coastal Odisha, Jharsuguda, Sundargarh, Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Deogarh, Angul, Dhenkanal, Boudh, Khurda, Nayagarh and at a few places over the rest districts of Odisha,” the IMD stated.
Similarly, the Capital City is very likely to have a partly cloudy sky with one or two spells of rain / thundershower. The maximum and minimum temperature is very likely to be around 36 degrees and 27 degrees Celcius respectively oin Bhubaneswar, the IMD forecast read.
