Balasore: Three school students and two others sustained varying degrees of injuries due to fox bites on Friday and have been admitted to Soro Hospital in Odisha’s Balasore district.
According to reports, the three school children from Dalong village under Khira police station limits were on their way to Dalong Government Primary School when they were suddenly attacked by foxes. The incident occurred close to their homes.
Hearing the screams of the children, Manorama Sahu and Arjun Behera of the village chased the jackals away but the wild animals tried to attack them too. Soon, people gathered at the site and rescued everyone, and admitted them to Soro Hospital.
