Bhubaneswar: Heavy rains lashed Odisha on Monday evening leaving commuters stranded and roads flooded. Apart from the rains, lightning strikes killed at least 9 people across Odisha on Monday evening.
The rainfall was so intense that a portion of the boundary wall of AIIMS Bhubaneswar caved in injuring three persons, reports stated.
