Bali Yatra

Cuttack: The historic Bali Yatra of Cuttack will begin from November 27 this year. The mega open trade fair will last for eight days from November 27 to December 4.

The decision has been taken in the Bali Yatra preparatory meeting chaired by Cuttack Collector Bhabani Shankar Chayani.

It was decided to make the fair more visitor-friendly, fun, seamless and safe.

With this, the number of stalls of ORMAS has been increased to 400. The meeting laid emphasis on ground infrastructure, water supply, and electricity supply.

The meeting was attended by RDC (Central), Cuttack DCP and other senior officials. The additional Chief Secretary attended the meeting through video conference.

The mega trade fair is held on the bank of river Mahanadi in Cuttack every year to commemorate Odisha’s rich maritime trade.
