President Droupadi Murmu Flags Off 3 New Trains At Odisha’s Badampahar

Bhubaneswar: On the second day of her three-day Odisha visit, President Droupadi Murmu flagged off three new trains at the Badampahar railway station in Mayurbhanj district. The trains are Badampahar-Tata Nagar MEMU, Badampahar-Rourkela Weekly Express and Badampahar-Shalimar Weekly Express.

Odisha Governor Raghubar Das, Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, and Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan were present on the occasion.

Later, President Murmu laid the foundation stone for the redevelopment of Badampahar railway station and inaugurated the redeveloped Rairangpur Postal Division.

In the evening, the President will grace the 15th annual convocation of Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology, Burla.
