Charred Body Of Female Hospital Attendant Recovered In Rayagada CHC

Rayagada: Chandrapur police on Friday recovered the charred body of a female hospital attendant from the premises of Chandrapur Community Health Center (CHC) in Odisha’s Rayagada district.

The deceased has been identified as Lakshmi, daughter of Baladhar Manjhi, a resident of Nitiguda village in Kashipur block of Rayada district. She was a Dibyang.

On being informed, the police reached the spot, recovered the charred body, and sent it for post-mortem. While the police have initiated an investigation into the case, family members of the deceased alleged that she was killed.
