Bolangir: Police on Monday recovered the body of a prominent gold trader and president of the Bolangir Zilla Merchants Association from the railway tracks in Odisha’s Bolangir district.
The deceased has been identified as Tripurari Panigrahi.
Panigrahi’s body was recovered from the railway tracks near the Balangir-Khujenpally culvert. On being informed police reached the spot, sent the body for autopsy, and launched an investigation into the case.
However, the police are yet to ascertain the cause of Panigrahi’s death.
