2 Labourers Killed As Soil Caves In During Underground Pipe Laying In Joda

Joda (Keonjhar): Two labourers were killed on Tuesday when soil caved in on them while they were laying underground drainage pipeline in Kamarjoda area under Joda police limits in Keonjhar district.

The deceased persons have been identified as Charan Lohar and Arjun Lohar of Talak Hutting area of Joda.

According to reports, Charan and Arjun were trapped inside when soil caved in on them while laying of pipeline for underground drainage by a contractor’s firm. However, another labourer had a narrow escape.
