Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Wednesday effected a major reshuffle in the IPS and OPS cadre.
According to a notification issued by the Home Department, 1994 batch IPS officer Sanjeeb Panda at present Director Intelligence and Addl Charge of CMD, OPHWC has been transferred and posted as Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar—Cuttack.
Similarly, 1995 batch IPS officer Soumendra Kumar Priyadarshi at present Commissioner of Police, Bhubaneswar -Cuttack has been transferred and posted as Director, Intelligence.
A 1995 batch IPS officer, Santosh Bala, Spl. Secy., Home has been allowed to remain in additional charge of of CMD, OPHWC.
2003 batch IPS officer Himanshu Kumar Lal at present I.G.P., E.R., Balasore has been transferred and posted as I.G.P., N.R., Sambalpur.
2004 batch IPS officer Dr. Deepak Kumar at present I.G.P., N.R., Sambalpur has been transferred and posted as I.G. P., NCR, Talcher and Addl. Charge of Principal PTC Angul.
2004 batch IPS officer Satyabrata Bhoi at present I.G.P., S.R., Berhampur has been transferred and posted as I.G. P., E.R., Balasore.
2005 batch IPS officer J N Pankaj at present I.G.P., EOW, STF has been transferred and posted as I.G.P, S.R., Berhampur and Addl Charge of I.G.P., EOW, STF.
2010 batch IPS officer Kanwar Vishal Singh at present DIG/SP Puri has been transferred and posted as D. C.P. Cuttack in the rank of D.I.G.P.
2011 batch IPS officer Pinak Mishra at present DCP, Cuttack has been transferred and posted as S.P., Puri.
2011 batch IPS officer Banoth Jugal Kishore Kumar at present AIGP, Hdq has been transferred and posted S.P., Kendrapada.

OPS officer Gyana Ranjan Mohapatra at present S.P., Dhenkanal has been transferred and posted as S.P., Special Branch, Bhubaneswar.
OPS officer Amaresh Kumar Panda at present S.P., Sonepur is transferred and posted as AIGP, State Police Hdqrs.
OPS officer P K Mishra, at present S.P., Deogarh has been transferred and posted as SRP, Rourkela.
OPS officer Rama Prasad Sahoo at present S.P., SPL. Branch has been transferred and posted as S.P., Deogarh.
2020 batch IPS officer Harisha B C at present SDPO, Jeypore has been transferred and posted as S.P., Rayagada.
2020 batch IPS Yashpratap Shrimal at present SDPO, Baliguda has been transferred and posted as S.P., Sonepur, the notification added.
