Puri: In a shocking incident, a woman was allegedly gang-raped in front of her husband and toddler son in Arakhakuda police station limits of Brahmagiri in Puri on Friday night.
Following a complaint by the victim and her husband to the police, the latter has detained one person in this connection.
“They served liquor to my husband, thrashed him black-blue and then tied his limbs with rope before taking turns to rape me at about 10.00 PM on Friday. One of them is Trinath. I don’t know the other one. We want justice,” said the victim to reporters at the police station.
