11 Including Minor Injured After LPG Cylinder Catches Fire In Ganjam

Berhampur: As many as 11 persons including a minor were injured on Monday evening after a leaking domestic LPG cylinder caught fire while cooking at Aamundi village under Jarada police limits of Patrapur block in Ganjam district.

The injured were immediately rushed to Chikiti Community Health Centre. Four out of them were shifted to MKCG Medical College & Hospital as their health condition was serious.

Fire Service personnel from Patrapur Fire Station have brought the blaze under control.

The injured persons have been identified as Prasant Kumar Mohanty (40), Sankar Mohanty (19), Srikant Kumar Behera (22), Sidheswar Behera (34), Kiran Bisoyi (16), Aman Patnaik (20), Rinku Behera (34), Ganesh Behera (29), Sujit Behera (23), Sibram Behera 924) and Jagannath Panda (40).
