6 Members Of Bike-Lifting Gang Arrested In Kandhamal, Stolen Bikes Recovered

Phulbani: Sarangagada police in Kandhamal district have arrested six members of a bike-lifting gang.

Police have recovered six stolen bikes from the possession of the accused persons.

According to G Udayagiri SDPO Bijay Kumar Bisi, Mukesh Digal of Gunjibadi village is the mastermind of the bike lifting gang while five others hailing from Daringibadi,  Baliguda and Nayagarh are its members.

The arrestees used to steal bikes from different areas of the Kandhamal district and sell those at cheaper prices. Others involved with the gang will be identified soon and arrested, the SDPO added.
