Man Stoned to Death By Nephew In Sundargarh

Bhubaneswar: A man allegedly stoned his uncle to death over a family dispute at Gouduniposa village under Balang police limits in Sundargarh district.

The deceased has been identified as Suban Kansaria of Kenapali village. The accused Thuru Dhibar surrendered to police after committing the crime.

According to sources, Suban had gone to his nephew Thuru’s house when an argument ensued between them. The argument became so violent that Thuru hit his uncle with a stone killing the latter on the spot. Thuru later surrendered to the police and confessed to the crime.

Police, meanwhile, launched a probe into the matter and started interrogating the accused to go to the depth of the incident.
