Bhubaneswar: Prof Shyam Sundar Pattnaik has been appointed as the new Vice-Chancellor of Odisha State Open University, Sambalpur.
Prof Pattnaik was appointed by Governor and Chancellor Raghubar Das for three years with effect from the date he assumes office as such or until further orders whichever is earlier.
Prof. Pattnaik is presently serving as Professor & Head, Media Engineering Department, National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTR), Chandigarh.
