Four Odisha Districts To Get Light Thunderstorm In Next Three Hours

Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted light to moderate thunderstorm in four districts of Odisha in next three hours.
“Light to moderate thunderstorm with lightning and light to moderate rain likely to affect some parts of districts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Nuapada, Bolangir within next three hours,” an IMD bulletin said.
People are advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strike.
IMD said that Conditions are favourable for further advance of Southwest Monsoon into parts of Karnataka and Coastal Andhra Pradesh, some more parts of Maharashtra, Telangana, some parts of south Chhattisgarh and South Odisha, some more parts of Westcentral and Northwest Bay of Bengal during next 2-3 days.
