Bhubaneswar: A Brahmagiri-based youth, who was working as a security guard at a company in Bengaluru, was found dead under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Subala Jena’s son Sambit, a resident of Gambhari village under Brahmagiri police limits.
According to sources, Sambit (21) was working as a security guard in a Bengaluru-based private firm. He used to send half of his salary to his parents. His body was found hanging on the company premises under mysterious circumstances on Tuesday morning.
Sambit’s family members, meanwhile, alleged foul play behind his death. The deceased’s father Subala filed a complaint with Brahmagiri police.
“Sambit was a happy-go-lucky boy. He had a pleasing personality. He had no enmities with anyone. He could not even think of taking this extreme step. We cannot believe it. He was murdered and the culprits gave it the name of a suicide to evade police arrest”, alleged Subala.
His sudden death left his family members heartbroken.
