Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government has appointed Cuttack collector Arindam Dakua as the private secretary to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.
According to a press release issued by the CMO, the Jagatsinghpur collector Anupam Shah was also appointed additional secretary to the chief minister.
