Bhubaneswar: The State government today appointed senior IAS officer Saswata Mishra as the Principal Secretary of the Finance Department.
A notification issued by the General Administration and Public Grievances Department stated that Mishra is allowed to remain in additional charge of Principal Secretary of Energy Department and Chairman of OSSSC.
“Saswata Mishra, IAS (IRR-1996), Principal Secretary to Governor, Odisha with additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department , Principal Secretary to Government, Energy Department and Chairman, OSSSC is appointed as Principal Secretary to Government, Finance Department. He is allowed to remain in additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Energy Department and Chairman, OSSSC,” the notification read.
Similarly, 1999 batch IAS officer N.B.S. Rajput has returned from central deputation. He is appointed as Principal Secretary to the Governor, Odisha.
