Bhubaneswar: Heavy rains are likely to lash Odisha till August 15, the regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) informed on Friday. The weather office has issued yellow warnings for some places in north Odisha on August 9, 10, 13, 14 and 15.
According to the IMD, a cyclonic circulation lies over south Jharkhand and the neighbourhood between 5.8 & 7.6 km above mean sea level tilting southwards with height.

Yellow Warning (Be updated): Heavy rainfall (7 to 11cm) is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Sambalpur, and Deogarh.
