Manipur Dengue Cases

Rourkela: With the number of dengue cases increasing in Rourkela, the administration has stepped up measures to contain the spread of the disease.

According to sources, most of the dengue cases have been reported from Sector 14, which has been declared a hotspot zone. The administration has deployed medical teams, including doctors and ANM workers, to conduct door-to-door surveys and educate people on the symptoms of dengue and prevention measures.

Sector 14 area has been declared a hotspot zone, with nearby sectors also reporting an increase in cases. The administration has set up facilities for free dengue testing and has deployed fogging machines to control the spread of the disease.

If sources are to be believed so far, 578 cases have been reported, with no fatalities. Keeping the fast spread of the disease in mind, the administration seems to have left no stone unturned to control the spread of dengue. The administration has set up a separate dengue ward at the government-run hospitals for the treatment of patients diagnosed with the disease.
