Paradip: Two empty wagons of a freight train derailed at near Bauriapalanda on the Paradip-Bauriapalanda railway route on way to Paradip port on Monday morning. The train was taking these empty wagons to Paradip port.
The derailment, however, did not have any effect on the movement of trains on this route. Railway authorities and Paradip port officials have reached the spot and started efforts to repair the train line.
